City’s Mobile Office heads to Eerste River
16 September 2025
This week, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be providing municipal services at the Eerste River Multi-Purpose Centre on Friday, 19 September 2025. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of the services that come along with each mobile office visit.
The details are as follows:
- Friday, 19 September 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Eerste River Multi-Purpose Centre, Cnr of Beverly Road and Bobs Way, Eerste River
The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide-range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collection, and all other account enquiries.
‘It is always great to see residents coming out in their numbers and getting their municipal matters resolved during these mobile office visits. Not only do residents save time and money, but they also have the convenience of interacting with City staff as well as asking questions. This week, we look forward to interacting with Eerste River community members. Should you wish to make use of the services on offer, do remember to bring along your ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
